This organic oil is the noble result of a wise selection and coupling of the precious cultivars of Southern Italy. It is produced using organic farming methods (grown without the use of chemicals), harvested at the beginning of veraison at the beginning of the ripening phase, and processed according to the ancient art of olive oil, respecting both tradition and quality.
