Traditionally, buñuelos are fried tortillas, topped with cinnamon and sugar; but to our family, they are a holiday tradition that goes back three generations! These Mini Cinnamon Crisp Tortilla Chips are made with cassava masa, and sprinkled with a coconut-sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla seasoning. Serve with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate and taste what it’s like to be at our home for the holidays!
