Our unique patent-pending smoking and curing process creates a delicious umami-packed translucent salmon jerky like nothing on the market. With a firm texture and tender bite our jerky is the perfect snack for a road trip, after a workout, or anytime you need a delicious and fulfilling burst of Protein & Omega-3 power. Our salmon is raised in the pristine glacial waters of the fjords and channels of the 10th and 11th regions in Chile’s Patagonia Region.
